Simon Imports guarantees all our merchandise for quality and customer satisfaction. We stand behind all our products for quality manufacturing and regular wear. All merchandise that is valued at $1,000 or more should be individually itemized on an insurance policy for all perils.

To maintain our policy, we of course, have to check your merchandise on a regular basis. We suggest a minimum of every 4 months and at the same time we can clean and polish your items.
